There is a hole in the navmesh that players can fall through

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Silo Cluster (Water Treatment mission)
  2. Reach the area just past the drop down onto train tracks
  3. Walk into the wall on the left hand side as shown in the video
  4. Fall through the world and die
