M Seer voice lines missing

with the release of the Skitarii, it seems that the Male Seer is missing some/all of his voicelines when interacting with a Skitarius.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. play/have a M Seer on the team
  2. have any flavor of Skitarii on the team
  3. M Seer and Skitarii engage in conversation
    3.1 M Seer subtitles appear, but there is no audio to the voicelines

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
