Issue Description:
String is not localized for blessing in English
Steps to Reproduce:
- Get a mission reward of a Nomanus Mk VI Surge Force Staff with the Warp Nexus level III blessing
- Result: Blessing description in the inventory UI reads: <unlocalized “loc_trait_bespoke_increased_crit_chance_scaled_on_peril_desc”: string not found>
