I love Vermintide 2 and have spent many hours playing it, but there are a few areas that could be improved. One major issue is the limited text support for certain languages. Currently, the game doesn’t support many languages and only displays blank squares instead of the proper characters, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please consider adding native support for more languages. A user named SonVan has already created a “Support All Languages” mod on the Steam Workshop (Steam Workshop::Support All Languages). If adding native support isn’t planned right away, please at least consider officially sanctioning this mod.
Another issue I’ve noticed, which might be related to the language support, is that I cannot rebind weapon hotkeys. For example, when I change my keyboard layout to English and press “1”, the game does not register it. I would greatly appreciate it if this bug could be fixed as well.
