Game lags/stutters when leaving the chat box or performing any emotes.
This brief stutter is present in a multitude of scenarios and seems to be related with leaving menu overlays.

Press ESC to leave the chat box or send a message. Game lags for a split second on leaving.
Release the communications button when attempting to emote in the Mourningstar. Game lags for a split second on leaving whether or not an emote is chosen.
