Kruber's Repeater Handgun - fire input sometimes is ignored

Issue Description:
Kruber’s Repeater Handgun: when doing single shots in charged mode (by tapping the fire button), pressing fire at a certain moment (during recovering animation) won’t make the shot happen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Load into the Keep, select any Kruber’s career with ranged weapon slot
  2. Equip Repeater Handgun
  3. Hold RMB to spin the barrels
  4. Click LMB to fire semi shots, at various intervals
  5. Try pressing LMB at the moment, when the Repeater is just about to return to idle position
