I noticed my character had black hair instead of red when I logged in after the Beyond the Hive update. Tried to fix it at the barber shop, but it’s not selecting or applying the red colour. Same goes for the white hair colour.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Login
- Go to the barber
- Select white or red hair
- Watch hair remains black

Certain hair colours, like the first two for psyker and the Bardin slayer based ogryn are bugged and appear as a muted black instead of their intended visual.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Have any of the mentioned colour equipped or try to change onto them at the barber
- Visuals won’t match the selected colour

Hair colors broken after update
Colors that were given for owning Warhammer Vermintide 2 is pure black now
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Go to customization on any character
- Select hair colors that were given for owning VT2
- See that they are broken

@FatsharkJulia could you perhaps let us know (after checking with the team) if it’s something that you can easily fix (and thus we should wait on you) - or the change was permanent and we are better to not waste any time waiting and just choose some other hair color manually? Wouldn’t want to start changing it for nothing on all my 8 characters, if it’s possible to revert it back.

My Veteran originally had white hair color but after today’s update, I noticed the hair is black. So visited Krall to have it back to white but the first 4 hair colors are all black. I guess someone messed up the enumerator. White hair option is no longer there.

Same issue with my Zealot he use the white color for both hair and beard and he has black hair and brown beard now.
another one of these strange bugs. my karen had suddenly black hair, but i could change it back to the white sister bob.
My Ogryn had beautiful orange locks until this patch! Now it’s black, guess things did get a lil toasty last mission 
Seems to be a common occurrence, every character on my end as well has had all their Sienna and Kerillian hairs turned jet black

I can’t find the previous topic related to this issue, for some reason. So the issue with the characters’ hair colors still persists? I can’t use the color I used before, it’s shown as black now when applied, while preview shows it as ginger/orange. Any news when we’ll get our hair colors back?
