Killing a chaos spawn that's grabbing a player makes that player fall off the map

I’ve seen this happen a lot and it’s quite frustrating. Not sure if it’s a 100%, but it happens often enough.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Kill a Chaos Spawn when he’s grabbing a player.

No, I don’t use mods

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Often (<75%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam
