Kantrael mgIV movement speed

Issue Description:
The kantrael mgIV does not have the indicated movement speed. It should have the same movement speed as revolver/autopistol. Instead, it has the slower movement speed of most weapons (axes, chain weapons etc…)

  1. equip a mgIV kantrael
  2. sprint
