They genuinely expect you to not be able to use universal human cosmetics on Arbites.

At launch Arbites could use Generic Human Cosmetics, and now FS has removed the ability to use them

We recently squashed a bug that allowed the Arbites Class to equip a few headgear items they weren’t actually meant to wear. Some of you may have spotted it (or even rocked a new look for a bit!). Players who already equipped those cosmetics won’t find it removed, but you won’t be able to equip these unintended cosmetics after this bug fix. We know it might be a little disappointing if you were enjoying the unexpected fashion options. Sorry for the mix-up! We’re open to feedback if this is some…
