Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Finish Communications Breakdown event (solve 20 corrupted auspices)
  2. Receive insignia reward
  3. Open inventory/cosmetics, navigate to Redeemed section
  4. Click on Divine Auspices insignia

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
