Initialization timeout error

Issue Description (Required):

So basically whenever I try to launch the game I am able to go through it smoothly until it reaches the initialization screen where it crashes due to initialization timeout error. And therefore I haven’t been able to play the game for 5 hours now.Also my pc is able to run the game because the whole game was running very smoothly before i tried launching it 5 hours ago
