Weapons with a Special activate action lose charge upon hit, is that a BUG? This kind of thing does not happen before unlocked and loaded update.

getting disconnected / aborted mission every game this patch
errors 2012 and 3012 i believe
true level mod also broken, and steam names are not appearing in post game screen, nor in game with the whoareyou mod

Not surprised a mod is broken after a hotfix. I’m sure they’ll get there!

For the disconnects / aborted missions, would you be willing to submit a quick report? https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/requests/new with a game log: How To Provide a Crash Report, Console Log, or darktide_launcher.log ?

I hope it will be fixed with this patch. This was the most annoying bug hurting me…

cant invite people too through social menu

It’s very obvious when you holding power sword and against ragers. Seems to happen when player is stunned.

It’s great for blapping stuff in a conga line or standing on top of each other in a clump. It’s got terrible boss DPS, while similarly suffering from lots of downtime and DPS loss in longer engagements particularly if enemies aren’t all in one straight line, and people with less than stellar hand-eye coordination can’t hit anything beyond point blank range if the target is moving at all due to the fire delay.

Lots of people see “X player killed Dreg Rager” pop up on the screen 6 times at once when a huddled group gets blapped and go “oh man that thing is insane”, but in terms of mission success rates and average damage/kill output relative to many other guns the PG doesn’t appear to really shift the needle much.

If the PG has a sin, it’s that it doesn’t need to, and largely can’t, be built into with talents. It doesn’t really care about crits/weakspots/etc the way a Lasgun or Autogun might, they don’t multiply the damage output of a PG just slightly enhance it, so you have more points to spend on resiliency and utility talents instead.

I thought it was nice intentional design from last patch.

Made someone try to be more precise to hit arm, leg or flank around it, rather straight up shoot right through.
