A hookrat who hooks a player close to a Ratman hole on Righteous Stand defending part at the bell, it can teleport using that hole into the spawn point in the ceiling, making your allies unable to help you. The Hookrat will also not put you up on his hook, and will keep trying to drag you somewhere but get stuck.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Be defending in righteous stand, and have a player get hooked and dragged through a ratman hole? It happened on the west side of the statue for us.
