Issue Description (Required):

Haymaker blessing permanently turns off Precision Violence after it procs.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Have the Haymaker blessing equipped on Shivs
  2. Have the Precision Violence talent equipped
  3. Proc a Haymaker instakill
  4. Precision Violence no longer works for the remainder of the match

See attached video. Note that the first few on-hits regain toughness, then on-hit stops regaining health after Haymaker procs.

This bug has the same interaction with Hyper Critical although I’m not sure if a separate post to report it should be made or if this is sufficient since it seems to be the same bug
