It needs one. Otherwise I doubt many people will play this game mode in the long term.

I completely agree. The only time I’ve attempted to do havoc, I was rejected from 4 teams. Then I started a match, and during that match, I finally got invites to the 2 teams who hadn’t responded. So I had to reject the invites.
At the very least, you could show which teams are not in a round. But I agree the OP.
