Grenades thrown downwards while crouching / sliding disappear

Issue Description:
Zealot and Veteran grenades that are thrown downwards while crouching or sliding disappear completely (possibly spawning under the floor and falling below the map), the grenade can’t be seen and no detonation can be spotted.

Ogryn grenades are unaffected (possibly due to his grenades being thrown from a higher point)

This occurs both in missions and in the psykhanium.

My Zealot in the supporting evidence is the lowest height possible, I do not remember the height of my Veteran, so I don’t know if the character height slider affects this bug or not.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip any of the following grenades on Zealot or Veteran: stunstorm, immolation, shredder frag, krak, or smoke.

  2. While crouched or sliding, look downwards towards the floor and throw the grenade (underhand or overhand, both have this bug)

  3. The grenade will disappear (possibly spawning under the floor and travelling downwards below the map)
