Grenades frozen in ice on Clandestium Gloriana

Issue Description (Required):

Could not pick up grenades due to it being stuck in the environment on the new Clandestium Gloriana map. Happened twice out of the 5 times I played this map at this exact spot.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play the Clandestium Gloriana map.
  2. Go to the location where the grenades.
  3. Try to pick up.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
