i got grabed by chaos spawn in exact frame he died and i got stuck in this wierd animation

Nah, you just mutated into a fish, mate.

Glad someone grabbed footage of this in action – had it happen once on my psyker. Mine occurred while the spawn was still very much alive, I got thrown into open ground then got stuck in a falling animation before getting stuck in the ground (sorta like this animation), then died from falling damage after about 20 seconds.
