ON PC:

The error log indicates your GPU is crapping out for reasons undetermined, however, there’s usually some stuff to try:

  • Updating or re-installing your GPU drivers cleanly. Geforce Experience allows for easy clean installation of drivers if you select the “custom” option when updating or installing drivers.
  • Try to cleanly boot your PC (so no other applications can run) and see if the problem persists. (on the link provided, look for the section titled “Potential Cause: Background Application*”)
  • Disable any overclocking you have on your GPU
