Game audio cuts off when shooting

Whenever I shoot my gun audio gets muted except for feignt sound of shells falling. Sometimes unmuting when stop shooting sometimes randomly but never when shooting.
Does not seem to happen when using staff

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Start up a mission (can also be meatgrinder)
Shoot gun
Audio gets muted

Hi! Can you confirm this is happening in the training area aka the meatgrinder and not in any mission?
