Got 1 more interesting tweak in the works that im still testing but looks promising. Seems to take the very last of the stutters out of the game be disabling something that SHOULD be disabled by default but is not.

I actually remember your post was the first thing that inspired me to look into things. I then saw a few posts from another user that has been helping test called Dash Handsome and well… The rest is history. About a month and a bit later, I think I can be happy with my games performance.
Though AMD SAM seems to still be an issue for me specifically. AMD Fix Plz
Should this change the game to fullscreen exclusive? I have frame time issues and I noticed that the game still stays open even if I alt+tab. I changed the cfg files according to this guide but the game still has the same issue. As far as I know when you alt tab in an fullscreen exclusive game it should go minimized. Am I missing something?
Fatshark removed Exclusive Fullscreen from the game entirely.
There is not option to use exclusive Fullscreen unless you can find a way to put it back in the game yourself
