Full Bore blessing on Agripinaa shotgun bugged

So I was testing Full Bore blessing today on an Agripinaa shotgun and noticed a problem.

First I noticed it doesn’t apply every time:

But I assumed it’s due to missing some pellets since I didn’t get this problem on large enemies like crushers.

But when I started testing it with the slug ammo, turned out the blessing is not being applied if bullet penetrated the enemy and hit another enemy:

It affects the other shotguns too, since the normal shot can cleave through one or 2 enemies.
