No new class and no new changes, yikes! I guess they’re only doing 1 game balance update a year now. Also when you launch a class on a day it’s nice to make it avaliable for players during that day and not 6-8 hours later. Like why would I even power the game on, to remake all my classes? Please start doing better so people can give you praise. Seeing an update log full of ‘THIS DOESN’T WORK BUT WE’RE AWARE OF IT!’ and the class not even avaliable for play is not doing it. The only thing I learned from this post is that I STILL can’t play the class and I have to remake all my loadouts! Wow, such Darktide!

Where does it say that you need to remake all the loadouts?
Each time they have said that talents will be reset they have given a heads up about it. No such communication here.
The talent tree reset (even if it was accidental) is unacceptable to me. I don’t want to spend literal hours of frustrating and tedious tinkering in the tree trying to figure out what combination of often esoteric skills got my many builds up-and-running to get back into the action.
I won’t be buying the new class until I have time to go back and reapply my existing builds. Hopefully I don’t lose interest and just go play another game instead.

Yeah they already confirmed that they broke it, but still haven’t updated the original post with the only gameplay change introduced this update.

= I go play something else instead of this, but first the Steam review is back to negative due to the points above.
Did I miss something or weren’t the randomly disabled tag and overlay buttons addressed at all? (neither as fixed nor as known issue) I can confirm that it still happens frequently and did so to me multiple times just yesterday. It’s very annoying!
darktide mod loader doesn’t work? so is it possible to use mods at all?
I didn’t try it yet myself, but the mod loader breaks regularly with big updates. It’s usually updated within the same or a few days.
Great QoL and fixes all around. I just hope the bug ‘causing modifications to talent trees to go unnoticed is fixed alongside the tree reset, ‘cause otherwise they feel really unnecessary and annoying
A version or two of that same chest piece (or lack thereof) has been in the files for a patch or two prior to today’s; definitely one with green gloves and iirc there was another with a different colour (I could be mistaken on that one, it’s been a little while since I checked).
Either way, one can only hope it pops up sooner rather than later.
