Foot Knight black armor skin's cloak showing incorrect color

Issue Summary:
The Foot Knight’s Livery of the Blazing Sun’s cloak appears to be red (similar to Reikshammer Plate’s cloak) instead of the correct black.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip Livery of the Blazing Sun on Foot Knight
  2. Start mission with Foot Knight AI in your team.
  3. See it displaying red cloak instead of black.

Constant (100%)

ON PC:

[Attach Your DxDiag]
