Female Fanatic missing voice response?

Issue Description:
When another player’s character praises a female Fanatic Zealot, (the voice lines where the character says something like “Kill more of them, priest!”), the female Fanatic has no voice lines in response, she’s just silent.

Steps to Reproduce:
Kill a lot as a female Fanatic, be praised, be silent in response. Happens almost always when coming from the male Loose Cannon.

Can add the issue occurs for Male Fanatic Personality as well. And seems to work properly only with The Seer and The Loner psyker personalities.
