As the title implies, the falter stats are listed backwards on their descriptions as the rank of the blessing rises.
Apologies if this is a lingering effect of a mod, please feel free to show otherwise.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Go to the Shrine of the Omnissiah, select a shock maul, and select Falter to see the description.
