Event-room respawn locations are skipped when a player respawns before event is started

Issue Description:
All mid map events have a respawn point in the same room that the event takes place.
If a player dies and then respawns WHILE the event is active, they will reappear at the respawn point inside the event room. They can be unshackled right away and then continue to play.
If a player dies and then respawns BEFORE the event is active, they will reappear at a respawn point past the event room and have to wait for an extended time until they are unshackled (after the event is finished and the remaining players have proceeded further through the mission).

Steps to Reproduce:
Have a player die just before the room, or inside the room, where a mid map event takes place.
Do not activate the event until the player has respawned.
The player will skip the respawn point in the event room and will instead appear at a respawn point that is located past the event room.

Mission Name (If Applicable):
This definitely happens in Excise Vault Spireside.
I know this also happens in multiple other maps (and assume that it applies to all mid map events).
