Dreg and Scab Vanguards not staggered by arbites break the line, you just pass thru like regular smaller mobs but they arent knocked to the ground or anything. might be the same with other abilites like bull rush, havent tested any others
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1.Use break the line into a horde of enemies including the new vanguards
2.Proceed to watch as everything but them gets knocked on the floor
