Issue Description (Required):

Some states the player can be in, such as hacking or being downed, muffles game audio. If a Psyker creates a dome shield over you while you’re in this state, any audio muffling is removed.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Be downed, or start a hacking minigame with a data-interrogator/biotic probe.
  2. Have a Psyker cast a dome shield on top of you.
  3. Audio unmuffles.
