Issue Description:
Delta refinery scripture location not allowing pickup.
Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]
- Launh mission with secondary objective “Collect Scriptures”
- Scripture must spawn behind container outside hangars (See picture)
- Attempt to pickup scripture. I have a 80% success rate at recreating this bug.
if the scripture spawns in the sand behind the container I have only been able to pick it up once out of 5 times Ive seen it spawn there.

80% Constant - 4 out of 5 times Ive seen the scripture spawn here we couldn’t pickit up.
Once - Rare (<10%) - Unusual (<25%) - Common (<50%) - Often (<75%) - Constant (100%)
