Defend the Supply Train objective had no enemies spawning for a while

Issue Description:
During the mission Consignment Yard HL17-36 “Metalfab 36”, when reaching the objective Defend the Supply Train, no enemies (except 1 or 2 specials) spawned for around 5 minutes, making the objective appeared bugged. Then the objective resolved itself and the Valkyrie arrived.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Consignment Yard HL17-36
  2. Play through the level until reaching the objective Defend the Supply Train (after clearing the courtyard)
  3. Notice that enemies no longer spawn for a long time
