Crash to Desktop - Tzeentch Splitting on Deepwood Staff levitate

On the last level of a Chaos Waste run - the ice one - Plague monks were dropping off a ledge in the bottom area and the elf levitated one as I headshot and killed it, I saw the splitting effect and then CTD’d.
