Issue Description (Required):

Out of about a hundred crafted items, only one dropped with a power 300. All characters are at max level. Is this how the crafting system was changed for the better?

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Spend all your resources.
  2. Spend your time pressing and holding one button.
  3. Get only junk that can only be disassembled.
  4. Repeat.
