Combat Blade special attacks (punches) do not work through block

Issue Description (Required):

Either Combat Blade, MK 3 or 6, cannot use the special attack punch during or after blocking. The animation shows you punching, but the attack literally does not happen. You simply punch the air, hitting nothing, doing 0 damage.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Go into the Psykanium
  2. Equip a Combat Blade, either mk.
  3. Walk up to any of the enemies.
  4. Use the special attack punch. Notice the enemy is staggered and takes damage (albeit a small amount).
  5. Hold the block button you have keybinded.
  6. While holding block, use the special attack punch.
  7. Notice the block ends temporarily as you punch, but the punch hitting nothing.
  8. This is very bad because it means you have no means to defend yourself with a knife while being rushed by ragers.
