If the boss’s spawn point intersects with the Altar (Random Weapon, Random Ranged, Temper), the boss will die instantly.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Play Chaos Wastes (easier to reproduce on +Monsters maps)

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Unusual (<25%)

I can confirm this happens outside of chaos wastes quite often.

Instead of an altar, it’s any doodads that happens to overlap with the boss’s model. This also happens if you stagger them even a little.

And also like 90% it’s the Stormfiends.
