Chaos spawn is still broken even though i reported it back in august

This happened earlier today when i played 1 game and its been happening since august almost every single time i fight a chaos spawn because a bot has a high chance of dying to it so then it glitches out and does nothing.

I would also like to add this can happen with human players too but happens significantly more when its a bot. Im not sure why.

Its slam attack is still broken too, it does almost no damage if you block it since like WP update
