Issue Description:
Chaos spawns will slam you and then immediately eat you in one grab instead of throwing you after the slam. Chaos spawns will also sometimes throw you without slamming OR eating first.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get grabbed by a spawn and if it slams you first there is a chance it will eat you after. For the instant throw, I was not able to reproduce in any of my testing, but have experienced it before in games.

First started noticing after Dwarven map DLC was added.
Reproduction Rate:
Once - Rare (<10%) - Unusual (<25%) - Common (<50%) - Often (<75%) - Constant (100%)
This bug will even happen if the spawn is full hp. Of all my tests (10 or so) it ate me about 75% of the times after it slammed, and seemed less likely the more hp the spawn had at the time of grab. If it eats you first then it will not slam after.
Regarding the instant throw, I was unable to reproduce but would assume it has something to do with surrounding terrain or slots.
