Changing headgear changes character skin tone

Issue Description (Required):

Every time I change my headgear my characters skin color changes to a darker shade. Is anyone else having an issue like this?

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. I log in and change between my loadouts, which all have different outfits assigned to them, and upon doing so my characters skin color changes. If the same headgear is assigned to each loadout, the change won’t occur.
