Ummmm…

You do realise was responding and relating to the long special attack? The rev attack? Which is dangerous to use in a horde situation.

Not it’s normal attack?

Way, to show how you don’t know how to follow and understand context of a post.

  1. Bleed should be a default property of the weapon.

  2. Don’t backload the chain damage; as it is they do repeated instances of small amounts of damage until the end, then they do a big burst. Chance this so that it’s more evenly distributed, then it’s not as punishing if you have to cancel the attack with a dodge.

  3. Why not just have on/off, no limits? Keeping the rev off, it can cleave more. Turn it on, it’s better against single targets but you don’t have to keep turning it on. It’s just a toggle.

I use Revit it up and Bloodletter on Chainsword. I do this intentionally as a meme and its a fun challange to sacrifice cleave for singletarget damage. The weapon already has high base stagger.

If you sacrifice Revit Up for Cleave you have a weapon that performs on every difficulty and every part of the game regarding chainsword. Its a versatile weapon and its imho tuned nicely. Moreso if you prebuff on a Crusher with a few lights and Onslaught. Cleave is the damage lynchpin. Without it you wil ltake a lot more damage or need to be on point with situational awareness and dodges.

The Eviscerators I have no problem with, theyre great all round weapons and good all round primaries for every difficulty. They have too many good blessings allowing a lot of replayability.

Chainaxes I’ve never been impressed with personally but they have their afficionados so I can’t comment for inadvertently ruining their weapon, but I think it needs buffs. I’ve never seen one in Havoc.

I dont see any complaints here outwitdh ‘I wanna altfire everything and not take dmg’ and thats simply not gonig to happen with a solid all-rounder weapon. Its weakness IS its verstility, as it should be.

Just take cleave before you comment. A chainweapon without cleave is really quite bad unless you know what you’re doing.
