Just a visual issue, but the chain axe sometimes gets locked in the end of its special attack animation when using the special attack, if it kills whatever it was striking.
I don’t think it happens every time, but last mission it happened at least three times. On a boss kill at the end, as well as on a couple of others specials or elites.
