Can't seem to access the V1 skins on V2

I’m playing on Ps4, I have V1 and V2 from the Playstation Now but i can’t seem to access the V1 skins on V2.
I need to buy V1 and V2 from the shop to have access to V1 skins on V2 or it’s a bug ?

i think the V1 skins are part of the collectors edition

You get the v1 skins from owning a digital copy of v1
