Can't go shirtless, despite unlocks

Issue Description:
I think my account is bugged. I can’t go shirtless, even though I remember the ‘skins’ unlocking weeks ago, and I’ve ‘claimed’ the various goodies displayed on the launcher. There is no ‘shirtless skin’ available in my cosmetics on any character. I saw it there before after the patch when I had it some time back, but since then, those ‘skins’ have disappeared.

The shirtless skin itself was a bug. It was “fixed”, then reverted because it created a new, more horrifying bug (Slendergryn, as he’s affectionately known, although I prefer Slimgryn), then fixed again IIRC

This was, unfortunately, not intended and has since been patched up.
