Hello!
Just wanted to tell you that on our first playthrough on Blood in the Darkness our Saltzpyre jumped on this furniture and managed to get to the room behind it looking for hidden stuff, but then couldn’t come out. It is just before the end event area.

I’m seconding this one, although i managed to bug myself out with BW, after getting even more stuck on the top of the shelf with ult.
Had same thing happen to me and a friend.
Jumped to the table and then crouch jumped on top of the shelf
