Blinded by blood not applying to enemies with existing bleed stacks after applying your own bleed as zealot

I’ve checked everything listed -

  • Blinded by Blood issue > Slipped the net, but I have assigned to our QA team and nudged them
  • Scourge | Zealot issue > Is already assigned to QA and awaiting review
  • Virulent Strain issue > Also assigned to QA and awaiting review
  • Psykinetic’s Aura issue > From what I can see, a fix was included in hotfix 1.12.2
  • Perfectionist issue > This was tested, but we weren’t able to reproduce it. I’m happy to reopen the issue though if we have confirmed recent reports?
    edit - I’ve reopened this issue and asked QA to give it another pass for good measure
