STILL BUGGED: Close Range still set to 8m
Typo has been an issue since the big update #13.
I haven’t looked at the source, but grinder test still shows 8m limit.
Source just got updated on github:

Issue Description:
Run’N’Gun does not give additional 10% close damage. Also the tool tip doesn’t indicate of any Close Range Damage (10%) and better spread (30%). However the 30% reduced spread is working as intended.
