Black spots (holes?) in my porttrait

Black spots or holes have appeared recently in the portrait of my ogryn(right on his face). So far he’s the only one showing this.
It happened after I bought some cosmetics for him but I am not sure if it’s related to this.
The other classes don’t seem to have this problem so far.

Thank you for your report! Does the bug look something like this?

If so, this is being looked into. It’s caused by the dog tags from the “Flash Grob the Fixer” cosmetic.

Yes that’s how it looks like, like the the normals of some polygons are flipped.
