1 - Projection Sphere doesn’t reflect talent change.
Booming Shout claims a 15% boost to radius of shout, however the blue projection ring/sphere does not indicate this when holding the F key. Its the same size as when I equip Oi! Wazzok! Viewable in images above.
2 - www.ranaldsgift.com indicates the tool tip indication of 15% is inaccurate and its actually 50%.
