Some backpacks have horrible positioning and clipping to most chest pieces. Examples are the free veteran backpack and the new Feretory, which looks really cool but the positioning makes it look awkward.
Suggestion:
You guys can take a look at the Power Regulator backpack. Its positioning is really good and it look naturally worn. Should definitely fix all clipping backpacks according to this.
While the positioning on most backpacks could the better, the main issue isn’t coming from the backpacks but from the “upper body”. The worst thing is that almost all “upper body” parts have that issue.
For example, if we look at all the standard Veteran uniforms, there are only 2 out of 30+ where the position is correct, “Arlo Tohmasson’s Battledress” (see below) and “Tactical Moebian 21st Flak Vest”
Good call. Different chestpieces do indeed have different positionings.
However, I think each backpack has its own offset to this. Well-positioned backpacks look nice and well-placed on most chestpieces (the best of which I’ve seen is the Power Regulator), while the bad ones like vet’s backpack look awful on all pieces.
