Perhaps I’m in the minority, but I liked that you couldn’t use Brain Burst at 97%. Now that you can, and that quelling was buffed, it’s trivial to spam BB all day again, which while effective is quite boring.
It also makes your special ability be less useful again. Previously it was useful to stretch the number of BBs you can pull off, which felt powerful, but now since quelling is stronger the ability isn’t necessary for anything other than panic venting when you accidentally went overboard, or just for crowd control.
To be clear, I don’t want Brain Burst to just be plainly nerfed again. Personally, I would prefer that BB was buffed in some way (damage, speed, etc.) in conjunction with making it trigger overload if cast at ~80-90%, to make it something you sometimes use rather than all the time, but feels more special those times that you do use it.
